Season's greetings!

Ade's given the lab site a major update. You can now see some Stray Dog City images and read amusing Odeama press reviews.

New Memeplex mp3's finally available here . Eat the Sweets and Cut the Strings are two songs that, for the few people I've played this stuff to, have continually stood out. Eat the Sweets was written 10 years ago in a freezing cold flat in Stoke. The place was so cold that the synth / sequencer I programmed the bass and beats on broke down [the display screen broke]. Cut the Strings is a new one and is sort of influenced by Scott Walker's 'Climate of Hunter'.

You can also listen to some tracks by Harry 7 , which is the closest I've ever come to being in a conventional rock band. Check the Harry 7 web site for more info on this 'infra-sound field operation'.

I've been updating the Scholtz Vitrine site [virtually] daily with interesting news from the world of sound and those bizarre schvtrn people.

I'm also [hopefully] moving in January. The way my life has been going over the last couple of years I can't assume that anything will go to plan - and I have to say I have no idea what I'll do if it all falls through.

Also hoping to have an iF Random mp3 site up by the end of the week with three ambienty / beatless tracks from the 'inner-tube' sessions. Some nice, lush drones and sleep-inducing voices.

And then there's the Mekano Set material that I wan to do the same to, which is much more light-hearted, based around patterns of 'non-musical elements.'

Rollo's going to hopefully put a couple of spoken-word things up too with some Scholtz Vitrine soundtracks. Erm what else? Erm... Erin Bauer mp3's too soon hopefully. An amazing Erin mix of Memeplex's 'Company' - totally over-the-top strings. A couple of Godbreath tracks too.

We may have an official scholtz vitrine site up very soon, with a massive amount of room for mp3's. Hopefully.

More soon.
